Surviving another school year calls for a major celebration! I’m a firm believer in keeping things simple, but doing a little bit of something to commemorate the end of the school year can go along way for the kids.

I designed a hello summer banner to help us celebrate at our house, as well as summer water bottle covers to add a little extra fun.

We’ll probably eat ice cream and do our annual tradition of burning our school work! My kids look forward to this all year long.

Even though this banner is simple, it took me quite awhile to get it right. Sometimes simple is harder to do well! I love how bright it is and can’t wait to hang it up in my front window on the last day of school!

The weather has definitely started to warm up around our house, and there’s truly no better refreshment on a hot day than a big drink of water! I love these water bottle labels for how simple, yet fun, they are. Simply replacing the old label on a water bottle with something cute and fun goes a long way for making a party memorable.
