I realized I needed to design a few teacher appreciation cards to sell in my Etsy shop, and when I looked at our school calendar I found out I had just 2 days left of teacher appreciation week at our school!
I can’t believe I almost missed it! And that’s why I knew I needed to design some teacher appreciation cards that are great for last-minute gift giving!
Here’s the line-up of my printable teacher appreciation cards!
And if you want to just order these gifts from Amazon, here’s a list that contains most of these supplies (except the fresh fruit)!
Chips & queso Teacher Appreciation card
I used this card for my sons 5th grade teacher. I literally grabbed a bag of chips and jar of queso from my cupboard and stuck them in a clear gift bag! Taco bout LAST MINUTE! Who doesn’t love chips and queso? I think it will be perfect for my sons teacher, especially because he’s male and we didn’t want anything too cutesy.
This would also pair well with a taco restaurant gift card, or anything taco related.

Supplies Teacher Thank You Card
This one is a play on words. Instead of, “It’s no SURPRISE you’re my favorite teacher”, I went with, “it’s no SUPPLIES you’re my favorite teacher”. I found a school bus box from the dollar store and stuffed it full of supplies teachers would love, like cute pens and markers and post-it notes.
This one did require a trip to Target, but it was easy to put together. In fact, I split everything I bought in two for my 3rd grade and 1st grade son’s teachers, and put it all together while I watched my daughter play with water toys in the backyard.

fresh fruit teacher appreciation gifts
If I was a teacher, I’d probably dread getting baked goods and candy from my students during teacher appreciation week. No one really wants more junk food around the house, do they?
That was the motivation behind these fruit themed teacher thank you cards. While you could definitely still pair them with fruit-flavored sodas, candies, or desserts, you could also just pair them with actual fresh fruit! Wouldn’t that be so awesome? Check these out!
A basket of grapes to let your teacher know how GRAPE (great) they are.

Berries for your Berry sweet teacher!

A bag of oranges because, “orange you glad we’re in the same class?”

And a personal favorite, the classic teacher gift: an APPLE! Give your teacher a bag or basket of apples or apple-themed decor!

I hope you’re able to find the perfect, last-minute teacher appreciation gift idea from my list.
And as far as other end-of-the-year things go, Teacher Appreciation Week means graduation is JUST AROUND THE CORNER! Check out this post for all my grad party decor options!!
